  • Is there a refund policy?

    All tickets are final sale. If you’re unable to make the event you may transfer your ticket by contacting us through email at info@levelupyourlistingsummit.com.

    You are able to personally sell your ticket to a friend, colleague, or business partner, if they’re interested in attending, just be sure to update us on who’s coming. ALL TRANSFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY FEBRUARY 23rd.

  • Ticket Currency

    As the event is held in Scottsdale, Arizona, all tickets are in USD.

  • I don't have any listings yet and i'm new to the industry. Is the event still for me?

    100%! It doesn’t matter if you are brand new, curious, or a seasoned host. The Level Up Your Listing Summit is for anyone interested in learning more about the industry, including but not limited to hosting, interior design and real estate.

  • Will tickets sell out?

    We are likely to sell out! And once they’re gone, they’re gone! We recommend you purchase your tickets early to join us for this immersive summit.

  • Can I purchase a ticket the day of?

    If tickets are still available and not sold out by the conference start date, you will be able to purchase at full price of $997 for GA and $1,997 for VIP.

  • IS THIS EVENT 21+ ONLY?

    Underage attendees are welcome, and will receive a stamp at check-in indicating that they are underage.

  • Do you have a lost & found?

    Yes, we will have a designated Lost & Found area on-site. Please find a staff member to access or contact us at info@levelupyourlistingsummit.com

  • WILL THERE BE FOOD?

    Yes! Snacks, lunch, and beverages will be available throughout the 3 day event. Please note, if you have any food allergies, we recommend you bring your own food to avoid any potential complications, as we unfortunately cannot confirm each and every ingredient in the items being served, and anyone is welcome to bring their own food if they prefer. Vegan & Vegetarian options will be available. That said, no attendees are permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.

  • DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?

    Yes! You’re free to come in and out throughout the event, just keep your badge on you that you’ll receive at registration.

  • WILL THERE BE ON-SITE RESTROOMS?

    Yes! Details on exact locations within the venue will be showcased for easy access.

  • I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, HOW DO I KNOW MY TICKET IS CONFIRMED?

    You should have received a receipt & email. If not, please double check your spam and email us at info@levelupyourlistingsummit.com

  • How many people will be attending the event?

    Approximately 300 people will be in attendance.

  • Are there opportunities to volunteer? I would love to be apart of the event!

    Yes, we do have some space available for volunteers at the event. Please email us at info@levelupyourlistingsummit.com for more information.

  • Are we allowed to record?

    Recordings at the event are not allowed. However, high-quality replays will be available for purchase prior and during the event.

  • Can I bring my children?

    We trust you to use your best judgment. This event is catered to adults, and there will be alcohol present and may be explicit language used during presentations or networking. Regardless of age, all attendees must have their own individual ticket. Ages 3 and under can enter for free.

  • What is seating like?

    There will be more than enough seating provided for all summit attendees in front of the stage and throughout the venue.

    *VIPs will have reserved lounge seating at the front of the stage.

  • Which Airport Do I Fly into?

    Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located 10 miles west of downtown Scottsdale.

  • Do you have a hotel room block or accommodation recommendations?

    Our recommended hotel is the Hilton Canopy in Old Town Scottsdale.

    We also recommend you join the Facebook group and connect with others in the community to split an Airbnb with your new hosting community!

  • WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?

    The health and safety of our employees, staff, speakers, and guests is our top priority. Based on guidance from the CDC, health authorities, and government agencies alike, we have implemented various health and safety measures to provide all in attendance with the safest experience possible.

    We ask that you please not attend if:

    Within 14 days prior to the event, you have tested positive or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

    Within 48 hours prior to the event, you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue, or any other symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

    Within 14 days prior to the event, you have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local government as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.
